Dr. Brown is absolutely amazing. She is a true artist. I appreciate how attentive and how honest she is. She is kind and caring and listens. She made a masterpiece out of the extra sagging skin I had on my stomach and pubic area due to weight loss. I was on the fence about going through with a breast lift and she talked me through it and listened to my concerns. I am so grateful that I had her do it. They are beautiful, if I may say so myself. My scars healed amazingly. Dr. Brown never pressured me into getting any procedure. She does not push things down your throat. I had the experience with another local surgeon who "suggested" I needed to get tweaks on almost every part of my body. This is why I chose Dr. Brown, along with her credentials. Her nurses and staff are absolutely amazing as well. They are so nice. They helped answer any questions that I had. They were full of complements and care. You could tell they really enjoyed working there. Patient care and customer service is top notch. I was referred to Dr. Brown and her team by a very close friend. From my first phone call in early 2022 I was treated as if I were Dr. Brown’s only patient. I have hated my breast size, shape and weight for so many years and when sitting down with Haley on my first consultation I knew that she would make me look the way I wanted to. A breast reduction was major surgery in my opinion and I had heard many horror stories so I was skeptical. After my consultation there was no turning back. I had my surgery on a Wednesday and returned to work on the following Tuesday. The recovery was much better than I thought. I did run into an issue with the scars and Dr. Brown immediately got me in with a specialist to treat me. Her fast action allowed me to get treatment and heal quicker. I still visit Dr. Brown every 2-3 months for kenellogg shots for stubborn scars. Every time I walk through the front door I am greeted by first name and everyone says hello. The staff is amazing. They went above and to the moon and back to help with an insurance issue I had and it was not their bill. Alethea and Haley compliment each other like no other team. I would be just as comfortable having Alethea doing a procedure on me. I am considering another procedure to make me feel better. I spoke briefly with Dr. Brown and she let me know that it would be a quick and easy procedure. I will only use Haley and her team for anything I plan to do. Andrea Hall
