Hayley at Desert Hills Plastic surgery is literally the only cosmetic surgeon I would even consider allowing to perform any procedure on my face or body. I’ve had an implant removal and lift done by Hayley and my scars are nearly invisible. I recovered quickly with no complications. I’ve continued to see her at least once a year for Botox and Juvaderm. My face always looks completely natural and nobody can tell I’ve had any work done but I get lots of compliments on how fresh and young I look. Before meeting Hayley I had injections done at other places and was never once shown the packaging of the injections prior and the results lasted less than 3 months. I was shocked the first time Hayley did my injections because she took everything out of the packages right in front of me as she noted my chart. My injections from Hayley last 10 months to an entire year before I start to see any difference or any need for touch ups. Her surgical assistant Alethea is also fantastic and makes things fun and stress free. I love those ladies and I’m always excited to see them every time I visit their office. Another thing I love about Hayley is she will tell you exactly what will work and what will not work. I can’t even count how many times Ive gone in asking about much more expensive much more invasive procedures that she’s talked me out of because they were either unnecessary or there was a better less intrusive option. I truly appreciate that. Please do not waste your time or your money entertaining any other cosmetic surgeon. Get the RIGHT things done the RIGHT way the FIRST time.
