From the initial visit for a consultation, Dr. Brown and her staff were very welcoming, positive, and professional. Through the entire process there was not one negative experience. They went above and beyond to ensure I was at ease and well. I have recommended Dr. Brown to a couple people who are looking for a reputable surgeon. I would return to her practice again without a doubt. She has proven to be an excellent physician who is highly skilled. I trusted her and she took that seriously. Dr. Hayley Brown is an incredibly talented individual. I had 10 year old implants and excessive sagging after breastfeeding. I went in expecting to replace my implants but she suggested I remove them instead. She really took her time with me, measuring me, feeling me, having me flex. She took her understanding of my lifestyle and suggested I remove and lift. I appreciate the perspective offered and went with her professional recommendation and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. My breasts look better than anything I’ve come across on popular “explant” groups. Every appointment I had with her was thorough. She was very clear on instruction, managing expectations and ensuring my mindset was in the right place for such a drastic change. To top it off, her staff is top notch. Every encounter I had through our now over two year relationship has been spectacular. It’s been two years because I actually attempted this surgery with her previously, but I learned AT THE SURGICAL CENTER that I was pregnant. I had an upper and lower Blepharoplasty in April. Before my surgery I did not like looking at people in the eye Dr Brown has given me the confidence in myself to look at them and smile.
