Love Dr. Brown and her team. She always takes her time and never rushes. She is a perfectionist and that is something we all would like when it comes to procedures being done. Her team is awesome...fast and efficient. Will be going here all the time.

Dr. Brown is the most honest Dr. I know. She tells you everything you need to know about the surgery and recovery process. The good, bad, and maybe the ugly. There are no unanswered questions and no surprises when you leave. She is also a perfectionist and strives to make everyone happy.

It's been 2 months since Dr. Brown did my breast augmentation.Before I go into details about getting my procedure done, I want to go through how I found her to be THE doctor for me to go to.I remember going to her for a consult in 2013. At that time I had one child. After breast feeding of my first child, I started to feel insecure about my breasts. I know, I know, change in breast appearance comes with having a child. Anyways, so I did my search online for Plastic Surgeons & I read quite a few reviews of other doctors. I live in South Las Vegas & I was looking at surgeons all over town. Believe it or not, I was even looking at doctors in California.I go in for my first consult & Dr. Brown's staff was very nice. Her office ambiance was very welcoming.When Dr. Brown came in to see me, she made me feel very comfortable. At that time I didn't have many questions to ask as I was just sitting there listening to everything she had to tell me about breast augmentation from type to size. From start to finish of my first consult, it was great! FFWD>>>in 2014, I got pregnant with my second child (my son). So I obviously had to wait to have my breasts done.I gave birth in October of 2014. I gave myself time to recoup from pregnancy.In March 2015 I told myself "ok! its time!" Since my first consult with Dr. Brown, I kept her in mind & scheduled a consult with her.As expected, her staff (Nicole & Althea) were there to greet me with their beautiful faces ^_^ I get called back & Dr. Brown comes in to see me and this time this appointment was more in depth. I had a bunch of questions and concerns & both Dr. Brown & Althea answered every single one of them in great detail.We discussed the types of implants that were available, the type of candidate I would be, whether it'd be best for me to place the implant above or below the muscle, etc. In this consult, the best part of the whole appointment was the way Dr. Brown was VERY realistic. She told me exactly what my implants will look like to the risks that may be involved with a surgery as such. It's nice to have a doctor who "tells it like it is" in a professional manner.We finally got to the fitting for size. I fell in love with the 435cc. Prior to my surgery I was a 34B and was fitted for a 36D. Dr. Brown & Althea let me see what two different sizes would look like. My whole ideal breasts were breasts that gave me a cleavage with no gap & breasts that felt real! Which I went with the Sientra implants. From start to this point of the appointment, everything went smooth. I didn't feel rushed or anything like that. They surely made this appointment about me and moved at my pace.Two weeks after that consult, it was time for my surgery. I scheduled my surgery to be early in the morning on a Wednesday so that way I had more time to recover before going back to work that following Monday. Althea was there to prep and talk to me & Dr. Brown came in to draw on her "marks" & talk to me about the procedure. I told her I was nervous and just listening to her & Althea talk help keep me calm. The surgery center allowed my hubby & son to be with me in the room before surgery & them being at my bedside really helped keep my mind from overthinking.About an hour later, I wake up in the recovery section of the center. I can't remember her name, but the girl that took care of me when I was waking up from the anesthesia was very polite & had very great bedside manner. She stayed by my side until I was able to keep my eyes open.Since my surgery, I've had 2 follow up appointments & those have been great!! I must say, when other reviews say that Dr. Brown is an artist, they are only telling the truth! I am very happy with the results! I can't wait to see them for my one year appointment!

I had a very difficult case of breast revision/reconstruction that needed to be done. Dr Brown came to my rescue! She is not only an amazingly talented surgeon, but she is also THE most professional and kind hearted doctor that I have ever met in my life. She is a woman of her word, and brought about results that have brightened my life.

I have been getting fillers with Dr. Brown for years! I've had Botox, Juvadem,Belotero, Silk, and Dysport. Most people don't know I have fillers in my face and that's exactly how it should be when done right. Thanks to Dr. Brown my face keeps looking refreshed but not over filled! She's conservative, she tells you exactly what to expect and she manages expectations well. I'll keep going as long as she keeps injecting. I love her office staff too! They are all very pleasant to work with.
