The Practice

Twenty years ago, Henderson, Nevada was a sleepy desert community, and Desert Hills Plastic Surgery Center was a brand-new practice opening in Del Webb Medical Plaza. Now, we are the longest-residing practice in our office park, and Henderson has developed into a bustling small city. We are honored and humbled to have grown alongside the community we call home.

Women continue to make up the majority of plastic surgery patients, but most surgeons are male. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the female-to-male ratio of plastic surgeons is approximately 1:5.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Hayley Brown and her husband, anesthesiologist Dr. Steve Brown, run the Desert Hills Plastic Surgery Center as a husband-and-wife team. This unique partnership allows them to provide patients with individualized attention and care.

At Dr. Hayley Brown's office, we love coming to work to care for our patients every day. As our patient, you are at the center of what we do. Desert Hills Plastic Surgery Center is proud to announce Dr. Hayley Brown has once again been named as one of the Top 100 Doctors in Las Vegas for 2018, an honor she also received in 2017. Dr. Brown was selected as one of the top plastic surgeons in our area.

Dr. Hayley Brown is a board-certified plastic surgeon. Her husband, Dr. Steve Brown, is a board-certified anesthesiologist who provides the anesthesiology at Desert Hills Plastic Surgery Center. Dr. Steve works almost exclusively with Dr. Hayley, so together they provide efficient, effective care. They've been working together for years, so Dr. Steve knows how Dr. Hayley works in the operating room and what she needs from her anesthesiologist in order to work the most efficiently.
