Las Vegas Plastic Surgeon Reviews – Dr. Hayley Brown

I received a breast reduction/lift from Dr. Brown last November. From the very first meeting, this team of professionals took care of me. My surgery was painless and I've been healing wonderfully. This surgery--and this team have genuinely changed my life. It was so wonderful to receive care from women who understand the procedure from both a medical perspective and a patient perspective. Amazing experience from consultation to surgery, and every follow up appointment. The office staff is so friendly and welcoming, appointments are on time, and Dr Brown is the best there is. Cannot recommend her enough!!

I was referred to Dr. Brown and her team by a very close friend. From my first phone call in early 2022 I was treated as if I were Dr. Brown’s only patient. I have hated my breast size, shape and weight for so many years and when sitting down with Haley on my first consultation I knew that she would make me look the way I wanted to. A breast reduction was major surgery in my opinion and I had heard many horror stories so I was skeptical. After my consultation there was no turning back. I had my surgery on a Wednesday and returned to work on the following Tuesday. The recovery was much better than I thought. I did run into an issue with the scars and Dr. Brown immediately got me in with a specialist to treat me. Her fast action allowed me to get treatment and heal quicker. I still visit Dr. Brown every 2-3 months for kenellogg shots for stubborn scars. Every time I walk through the front door I am greeted by first name and everyone says hello. The staff is amazing. They went above and to the moon and back to help with an insurance issue I had and it was not their bill. Alethea and Haley compliment each other like no other team. I would be just as comfortable having Alethea doing a procedure on me. I am considering another procedure to make me feel better. I spoke briefly with Dr. Brown and she let me know that it would be a quick and easy procedure. I will only use Haley and her team for anything I plan to do. Andrea Hall

Dr. Brown and her whole team have been nothing short of amazing! This was my first surgery and I was nervous to say the least. Dr Brown answered all my questions with so much knowledge and understood exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with my results. I got implants and a lift. Dr. Brown is an artist. Period. She takes her time. She does not sugar coat. She listens to what you want, but will let you know what is realistic. She cares about her patients and her results. My experience here pertains to injectables, to which I'll leave it at that. First interaction was with Diane, the Patient Coordinator, who helped me understand if what I was looking for was a good option with Dr. Hayley Brown. She is extremely friendly and personable, answered all my questions, and helped me understand my options. At the end of our conversation, I felt much more confident about my options and what I wanted to do. I went ahead and scheduled my consultation/injection appointment that day. (I then also met Kirsten and Rochelle, who were both SO sweet and helpful with me during the whole process. OFFICE: Desert Hills Plastic Surgery is located within the Del Webb Medical Office Building, that has ample parking in the adjacent parking garage. Their waiting area is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious, with a beautiful chandelier, paneled ceiling, lush couch, and soft, inviting lighting. You wouldn't think you were anywhere near a medical office building. The rest of their office is clean and professional. I was brought to one of the procedure rooms which was prepped ahead of time. Dr. Hayley Brown herself is fantastic. Her level of knowledge and expertise was immediately evident, and I always felt confident and comfortable enough to ask questions. I felt she took my opinions seriously and helped me to come up with a game plan we both supported. I was a first-time injectable patient, so perhaps my nerves were showing, but she helped me feel very comfortable, helped me know what to expect before, during, and after, and always made sure I was comfortable. I left after saying bye to everyone I had mentioned above - they really felt like a little family there! I loved the vibe! This appointment was only a few days ago, so only time will tell when it comes to results, but I'll update my review as necessary!
